Andrew Young, 40, died after being struck by Lewis Gill, 20, in Bournemouth, Dorset, on November 6 last year, in a vicious assault caught on CCTV. Gill later pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced at Salisbury Crown Court to four-and-a-half years in prison - a sentence reportedly branded as an "absolute joke" by Mr Young's family. A 15-minute CCTV footage that captures the well planned abduction of pastor Raymond Koh Keng Joo on February 13th is circulating on the social media. On Feb 17 the police had said that they were scrutinising the closed circuit television (CCTV) recording of Jalan Bahagia for leads into the abduction of Pastor Raymond Koh. Inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar confirmed the video is of the Feb 13 abduction in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Police have obtained some information and are working on possible suspects, he told Malaysiakini.
Horrified parents saw their children as young as five being beaten at an unlicensed kindergarten after staff accidentally forgot to turn off CCTV cameras. The camera footage was meant to show the youngsters living in what was billed as a children's paradise in Romania. This shocking CCTV footage shows carer Susan Pell stealing money from a Spalding war veteran in his own home. Read the full story in tomorrow’s Lincolnshire Free Press, which reveals courageous war hero Peter Carpenter (89) has a life-threatening health condition. Pell (65), of Church Street, Pinchbeck, was meant to be helping Peter but she stole money from his wallet. Peter says he found the CCTV pictures “sickening” and feels “devastated”. Pell pleaded guilty at Boston Magistrates’ Court to stealing a total of £50 from the war veteran, £20 and £30 on two respective occasions, November 1 and 4. She was sentenced to a year-long community order and ordered to carry out 150 hours unpaid community work as well as paying £50 compensation to Peter and a total of £170 in costs and charges.
